Product-led GTM for AI startups moving beyond services sales
- Harness Institute · Founder · focus
I help AI startups move beyond bespoke services sales toward a repeatable product business. My focus is product-led GTM, grounded in hands-on experience helping regulated and knowledge-heavy teams adopt AI. Through Cognitiv+ and AI workshops, I work across coding agents, automation, and document intelligence—connecting what the product can do with how customers actually work. Ambassador for Cursor, Codex, and n8n.
