The service
Builders Zone provides information about a planned in-person bootcamp and related community offerings. Joining the waitlist does not create a binding enrollment or purchase. Program details, dates, and pricing on the site are informational and may change.
Waitlist
When you submit your email you ask us to contact you about the bootcamp. You confirm the address is yours and that you consent to program-related email. You can opt out at any time by replying to an email or contacting [email protected].
Member accounts and community credits
Bootcamp members can create an account to share apps, test each other's work and post in the community. Community credits are a reputation and coordination tool inside Builders Zone. They have no cash value, cannot be bought, sold, exchanged or transferred for money or anything of value, and are not a payment instrument or e-money. Credits expire 12 months after they are earned. We may adjust or remove credits, badges or access where we see abuse, such as fake testing, reciprocal rating rings or automated activity. Public reviews you write elsewhere (for example on G2 or Trustpilot) are never rewarded with credits.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site: no automated scraping of the waitlist API, no false signups, no attempts to disrupt security, and no unlawful content in communications with us.
Intellectual property
Site content, branding, and materials are owned by us or our partners. You may not copy or reuse them without permission except for personal, non-commercial viewing.
Third-party links
The site may link to partners and tools (for example training or visibility services). We are not responsible for third-party sites or their terms.
Disclaimer
The site and program descriptions are provided "as is". We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue, or that a cohort will run on a particular date until we confirm enrollment separately.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or reliance on waitlist communications. Our total liability for any claim related to the site is limited to the amount you paid us through this site (typically zero for waitlist-only use).
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Greece, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer protections in your country require otherwise.
